Design Manager | UX/UI Lead
Over ten years in product design for web and mobile, with a strong focus on UX and UI, including more than six years leading design teams within Reckitt, a global, multi-brand organization. My career began in web development over a decade ago, working on Cisco's global web presence, before I moved fully into UX and design leadership; that early technical grounding still shapes how I think about feasibility today, even though design, not development, has been my focus for years.
At Reckitt, I built and led design teams from the ground up, eventually managing the UX function behind the company's tokenized, multi-brand design system, a system serving over 200 brands across more than 80 markets. Under my leadership, the team migrated 700+ websites onto a unified framework, delivered 40+ brand templates including 7 Power Brands, and cut both delivery cost and time to market roughly in half. This work, along with several individual brand and platform projects I led, is presented in detail in the case studies on this site.
While websites and design systems are the focus of this portfolio, my design work at Reckitt also extended well beyond them, including internal dashboards and CRMs such as a legal document management system, a B2B ordering portal for pharmacists, and applications built on Office365. These projects don't currently have dedicated case studies here, but they reflect a broader comfort designing for complex, utilitarian, and internal-facing digital products, not just public-facing brand sites.
I work comfortably across the full span of design leadership: owning roadmap and KPIs, building and mentoring teams, managing stakeholder and external agency relationships, while staying personally involved in the design work itself, from component-level decisions to full information architecture. I've built design teams from zero, and I've also stepped into fragmented, ambiguous projects as an individual contributor and brought order to them directly.
Accessibility has been a consistent thread throughout my career, not as a compliance checkbox, but as a default. I led the adoption of WCAG 2.1 AA as a company-wide standard at Reckitt, and later transitioned the team to WCAG 2.2 AA as that standard was released and matured during the development of our multi-brand design system. That standard remains in place today, and I've built accessibility into the foundation of every system and component I've designed since.
More recently, I've also been applying GenAI tools directly to design and development workflows, an area I continue to build on, separate from the case studies shown here, which reflect projects completed before this shift.
The case studies on this site represent collective work, delivered with teams I led or contributed to directly. For each, I've outlined the problem, my specific role, and the outcome. To respect ongoing NDA obligations, all individual brand names, logos, and product imagery shown are anonymized placeholders.
