Like I said, I am working in the digital industry for almost 20 years. I was graphic designer, web developer, movie editor, even flash creator. For over 9 years I’m working in projects playing a role of UX expert and designer.

I took part in many different projects; pharmaceutical distribution portals, children formula advisor chatbot apps, health advisor apps, medicals and sales partnership portals and regular websites creations – from simplest to most complex ones. Every single one was unique and required a lot of flexibility and open-mindness. Some of them done in Scrum/Agile methodology, others done in pure waterfall.

For last 5 years I was building and managing UX design team. I’ve hired, mentored and helped to evolve and expand group of wonderful, talented people. I’ve built a unified community with space for discussion and sharing passion.

I was strongly, persistently and, what’s most important, successfully advocating for implementation of accessibility standards within my last organization. Building usable and accessible products was one of the main and most important principles for me and my team.

Recently, for over 2 years, I was building a unique digital product – multi-brand, tokenized design system. As a part of Websites Stream and as an UX Design Manager, I conducted the creation of design system meant to serve over 200 brands across 80 markets. It provides standardization, usability and accessibility fast and cheaply. It is a genuine digital product on global scale.
